New models of Arts management
“In some cases, it’s both essential and more streamlined to
separate the management of infrastructure from artistic specialisations.
One can outsource artistic programming to a specialist company or mint,
say a distribution, production or management company.
The direct managment of infraestructure togetherwith the outsources of artistic programming
is what's known as mixed management”. Jaume Colomer
Following Colomer’s theory as arts management expertise, laClac has managed the following areas:
- Programming: Effective use of the venue to build public affinity with coherent series of quality events.
- Audience: Development of an attractive program education and information.
- Staff: Provision of technical and support workers.
- Venue Modification and maintenance: All back and front of support.
- Financial administration: Sales, Ticketing and management of financial relationship with companies, patrons and grant agencies.
- Promotion and branding: Development of social media and web presence, media and effective networking.

Our Work
Leading the global management of TMG has been an incredible experience and our Master of Cultural Management.
We have acquired direct experience in all areas of the management of a scenic space: from the creation of the brand to the management of a lighting table, through negotiating with companies or ticketing.
All our creativity at the service of the theater, the public, the performing arts.
We provided activity but also identity to a space now known throughout the sector by its new name: TMG.
We have organized the 1st Cycle of Educational Theater of Gelves "From class to the Theater"
which has been attended by companies of the stature of Búho y Maravillas or the Baroque Orchestra of Seville and in which schools from all over Aljarafe have participated, who sent more than 3,000 students, yes, 3,000!
A resounding success.
In addition, the successful Clown Syndrome or TNT-El Vacie with ”Bernarda Alba”, among others, have performed at the theatre.
Companies such as Excentrica Producciones have also held residences with their production: “Waiting for Godot”, under the direction of Joan Font de Comediants, a milestone for a theater of these characteristics, or the company Manuela Nogales Dance.
Bernarda Alba's night not only was the theater full, but the local bars and restaurateurs were full after the show, which confirmed that culture can be an important part of the economic engine of a community.
We’re happy!
